How to get checklist report

There is a checklist for Grammarly & Copyscape checking for Grammar & Plagiarism. How do I get both the reports of percentage?

Soumya, Thanks for your reply but both the links are not providing the solution. Grammarly and Copyscape are tools to check grammar & plagiarism so when I check the checklist boxes both reports will form but where do I get them and how?

You can find the percentage below the checklist name on a card!

and also on the card before opening it!
