How to get a notification when a template checklist is added to a new card

Hi, when our group adds a new card to a particular board, they add a checklist template that has a designated person tagged. When that checklist is added, no one receives a notification. Is it possible to have notifications sent out as soon as that checklist is added?

@Kristin Neibert Notifications aren't generated for a mention in an added checklist so you would have to either mention the assignee in a comment or add them to the card.
