We have or had an account for Trello.. And I managed the teams and people in it. Also the billing. Now I need to have the last billing and can't find it as the account i worked is deleted. How can I find the bill now?
Hi @Ayca Weber , two routes, and start with the easy one. Every Trello invoice and receipt is also emailed to whoever was set as the billing contact, so search that mailbox for messages from Atlassian or Trello billing; the last receipt is likely sitting there as a PDF even though the account itself is gone. Normally you would pull these from the Workspace's Billing history, but that needs admin access to a workspace that no longer exists, which is exactly why you can't reach it.
If that mailbox isn't available either, raise a billing request with Atlassian, which runs Trello's billing, and ask for a copy of the last invoice. They can retrieve it from their records after the account was deleted once you show you were the billing owner, so hand them the billing email, the workspace name, the rough date and amount, and the last four digits of the card. As a quick fallback for just the figure and date, your card or bank statement also shows the charge.
