How to delete a power up?

Not sure if this is a Trello issue or a Power Up (Hello Epics) issue. Anyway, I signed up for a trial Trello account and added Hello Epics. We were happy with both and so my company signed up for a Trello Business account. However, now I am the only one that can sign up for a Hello Epics account on the business account. We want this linked to our business account or at the very least my manager's account. But there is no way to change the user for the power up or to even remove the power up so that another user can add it again. Disabling does not work.

I would like to give Hello Epics money for their power up but I can't. How do I sort this out?

@Glen Rutherford you may need to "remove personal settings":
