My live Power-Up is not loading in the Trello desktop app (macOS). Is there a way to enabled some web/JS debugging or logging in the Trello desktop app?

I'm so sorry to hear you're having problems with the macOS Trello desktop app, my recommendation would be to raise the issue with Trello support so they can look into bugs and the backend.
