How to create linked cards from a checklists on a different board?

I have a rule

when a card is moved into list "Doing" by anyone, for each checklist item, convert the item to a linked card at the bottom of list "To Do" copying members

I want to do just that—but have the card appear in that list, but on a different board. How do I do that? I don't see any option to do "...on the board X".
