I have on one board a column for each country and within each country the clients and for each client their activities to develop
I want in a task or activity to register the different activities that have been done to complete it, was there a PowerUp or way to do this?
Making a board per customer is not an option.

You could use the Custom Field PowerUp to help achieve this, or Butler could also be an option.
Can you give more detail on what you want the rules to achieve then we might be able to help further with suggestions, Butler rules and commands could be a good idea here, but if you could give more details of exactly what you want to do on the card and what you want to happen, we might be able to give Butler suggestions and screenshots
