How to control a card variable made with a template in another board?

Case:

We have 2 Trello boards.

Board 1:  Where cards come in from PipeDrive via Zappier into a column
               called "Products Started."

Board 2:  We have templates created for different products which contain different
               checklists and conditions according to that product.

What we would like to do is when a card is moved into the column "Products Started" on Board 1, make a copy of the card to Board 2 into the list "Catalog Inbox" using the template we have created for catalogs.

Is there a variable we can use in the rules that can control that?

In this case, it will not be a variable but you can use a lookup or find card under cascade by card title to locate the card.
