How to change from annually to monthly subscription [ASAP]

Hello,

 

I am on my primum free trial and it ends on 4th of October, I want to change the payment from annually to onthley before it changes me on the 4th, how can i do that? there is no such option on the billing page.

awaiting your reply ASAP please.
