How to cancel subscription and refund payment

To cancel your subscription:
Go to your Trello Workspace → click Billing → select Cancel at the bottom of the page. Your plan will be canceled at the end of the current billing period.
To request a refund:
Refunds are available within the first 30 days of upgrading. Please contact Atlassian billing support at Atlassian Support with your account email and transaction details.

I am writing to formally dispute three charges made to my Revolut card by Atlassian, as I have never subscribed to any Atlassian service and have never authorized these payments.
The disputed transactions are:
The total amount charged is €57.05.
Today, after noticing these transactions, I accessed the Atlassian website for the first time and created an account solely to verify whether there was any active subscription associated with my email address. After logging in, I confirmed that there are no active subscriptions, products, or services associated with my account, which further confirms that these charges were not authorized by me.
I therefore request:
I confirm that I have never entered into any agreement or subscription with Atlassian, have never authorized any recurring payments to this company, and only created an account on their website today for the sole purpose of investigating the origin of these charges.
I kindly request confirmation that this dispute has been received and that the matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
