Hi, some time ago I added a simple power up, I wanted to use the premium version of it and I purchased a $5 monthly subscription. However, now I don't need that so I deleted it from all my tables. Nevertheless, I still got billed for another month. I found out that this power up had connected app with my account so maybe it was the reason of the billing. I deleted it. But how can I be sure that I won't be billed again.

Additionally, where can I find invoices for powerup payments?

Hi @Maciej Soczynski Welcome to the Community! 😊

I understand that you have purchased a subscription for a third-party Power-Up. To ensure it is no longer active, please check your boards to confirm the Power-Up is disabled. Additionally, you can revoke the access token for that Power-Up from your account settings.

You can follow this guide for step-by-step instructions: Revoke a Trello token | Trello | Atlassian Support

Since you are using a third-party Power-Up, please note that it was developed by a company separate from Atlassian. Their billing, features, and invoices are operated independently of Trello by the company that owns the integration.

If you can provide the name of the Power-Up you enabled, I can find the contact details for their specific support team. You will need to get in touch with them directly to request invoices or to ensure that your subscription for that integration has been successfully cancelled.

Thank you !
