How to backup?

The online, and even the Atlassian Trello site, does not accurately describe how to backup MY WORK! It appears the documentation lags, as with so many companies, documentation seems to be an afterthought. Can you direct me to correct and accurate backup information? Thank you.

Hi Gaurav,

These are paid backup apps, and I'm looking for a simple way just to back things up in a json file or such. I see lots of sites talking about a "More" button, and then being able to export it in JSON. But I don't see that on my Android tablet or phone. Is this only available in the web browser? Thank you for helping with this.
