How to allow people view and copy cards without allowing them to edit cards?

I want to build a board as a template libraries, so people can view and copy cards from here, but cannot edit cards by accidents.

I try to set the board as team visible, so the team member can see its cards but can not edit cards. However, I found them cannot copy these cards.

Unfortunately, that's right, if a person is prevented from editing the board, they're also prevented from copying cards on the board, so what you're looking for isn't quite possible. The content of the cards, such as description text would be copyable, but not the full cards themselves. I'll make sure the team knows that's something you'd like to see!
