How to add the 10th member?

Hi @Caity @Vronik could you please help me here. I cannot add the 10th member on my board. I am using a free version. 

I know the limit is 10 across the workspace. I have already one workspace and it has 9 members and I just made a new and able to add 9 here. But the 10th I couldn't add. Here's the link to my board https://trello.com/b/ItZwhNdB

I checked your Workspace and can see that there is 1 Workspace member and 9 Workspace guests — meaning members of boards within that Workspace but not the Workspace itself. One of those guests is on a different board in the Workspace, but not the one you've linked to. If you remove that user from the other board, then you'll free up a spot to add a 10th member to this board.

Check if there is any pending invite or guest, because they also count toward the 10 limit.

Hi there! Because Trello's free plan limits you to 10 users throughout your whole workspace (not each board), the 9 users in your first workspace plus the 9 on this new board count toward the cap, preventing the 10th.
Fast fix: Examine the members of your workspace here, eliminate any inactive ones, and then add your tenth. Well, that's resolved!

Hello! I'm sorry to hear that, despite the removal of one person, the 10th member space in Trello remains unchanged—a classic board limit quirk. Verify again whether the board is on a Free plan (up to 10 collaborators); if necessary, upgrade to Standard. Try sending an email invitation from the board's "Share" option and accepting it again if it's paid and still not working.
