How to add someone to certain cards on a board without seeing the rest

Lili

Hello
I have a personal board where only I am a member.
However, within that frame I have a list that I would like someone else to have access to. However, I don't want him to see any more. How can I do it?

Hi Lili,

There are various ways you could do this, for example:

  1. Natively in Trello you could have a second board that they are a member of and mirror the card on it with only the information you want them to see using Trello automation
  2. You could look into using Hipporello, which allows for access to a portal which can be configured to limit access

Hi @Lili

Have you looked at Forms? It's a power-up that helps you create a form and then submissions are sent into a list on your Trello board. A link is available for any form you publish.

You get 10 free submissions in Forms to try out a convenient way to turn other people's ideas into Trello cards on your own board :)
