How to add members back

When I create a card and click "join" I'm not one of the options, and two of the other members are no longer listed for me to  add.  I must have done something accidentally.  Their names are listed, but there is no circle beside their name anymore, and they don't show up when I click their names.  Any advice on how to fix it?

Hi @Cindy Coffman - Thank you for reporting this issue, and apologies for the trouble you're having. We have identified an issue that is causing this unexpected behavior of missing member avatars and are working to fix the issue. One workaround to unblock your own user faster is to log out of Trello and back in. We hope to have the previous avatars restored shortly.
