Is it possible to add due dates and assign people to single points on a checklist ?

Hi @Jonas Kunert 

It's possible in Trello but unfortunately only if you have a Premium subscription. 

As the alternative solution, I can recommend Planyway power-up which does the same, plus allows you to visualize checklist items as cards on the calendar and timeline views. This feature is in the paid Planyway plan but the cost is less and you can only have it for the required user count, not for everyone in the workspace.
