How to add a member in the group

Hi. I've just created a group with 7 boards and I wish to keep it private. I wanted to add a member so he could see and work with all the boards, but when I send him the invite with the email, Trello adds him as a member BUT a member on 0 boards. He told me he cannot see anything with the invite. Can u help me in order to let him see every board so I don't have to send him 7 different links? thank you very much

You want to set your board's to be "team visible":
