How to Rotate Images attached on Trello Cards

I'm using Trello to attach customers data. But when attached .. sometimes it appear like 90º turned. There is a way to rotate existing attached images ? without download, rotate and re-attach ?

the problem is when using cellphone app and took the photo direct from the cellphone. 
Then it appears like rotated and there is no way to change

Hi Rodrigo, is it possible that the source images are rotated? Are you able to orient correctly before uploading them? I'm not aware of any way to edit an image from the Trello interface.
