Aside from deadline reminders, how can we configure past due notifications (e.g. a daily nag until a past deadline task is marked complete)?

Hi @Matthew Park

Welcome to the Community!

You can create reports with Butler to email people every morning with all the cards that are overdue using a schedule command.

You might also like to look at the Creating reports with butler help page, which might give more information on getting Butler to create a report.

I would also recommend that you look at the Butler Variables help page so that you can see what terms you can use to get Butler to do what you want.

Hi

if you have a paid account, use due date commands

see this https://help.trello.com/article/1198-an-intro-to-butler

if you have a free account, when you are adding due date to a card, you can set one reminder

see this https://help.trello.com/article/794-adding-due-dates-to-cards
