How many power ups can I add to a premium workspace board?

Triaging between the different Trello tiers and whilst looking at Premium, I can only see it being truly worth it if I can add a few power ups for the team. The only expressed limit seems to be 1 power up for a free board, is this true?

There is no limit to the number of powerups you can install on both the free and the paid tier of Trello, however, please note that each Powerup has its own subscription.
