It doesn't give me the option to add another guest. I need them to have access to the board and to edit, but I don't want to pay for another member.

How many guests do you currently have? And is the new guest you're trying to add part of any other boards?
If a guest is already part of another board they're considered to be a multi-board guest and will be billable.
