How i can track a task per Week and automatically move if don´t complete

To put more clear, if we have a tasks per Person (label) and, one task usually take 40h in a Week, if not complete that task move to the next week automatically. 

Do you know some Powerups?

One would have like that calendar command can collect cards and then automate the change for uncompleted cards. Unfortunately it has only the report action. What I have done is to allow the report variable convert to a checklist of cardlinks so that you can automate using that checklist
