How does a member of a Trello board receive an email reminder of a due date?

Hi - I'm trying to figure out why members that I have attached to specific cards on my Trello lists aren't receiving email notifications when due dates are approaching (I have it set to remind us 2 days ahead of time) As the owner of the board, I am receiving the email reminders, but the other person on the card is not. I'm sure this is a simple fix, but I have yet to figure it out! Any guidance would be much appreciated!

Thank you for the link! I've forwarded it to the person who wasn't receiving notifications. Follow-up question: They do receive notifications if I add them to a board or update it -- the one email notification they don't receive -- and what we are trying to fix - is the due date reminder email. When I set a due date on a card, i need the email reminder to be sent to them two days ahead of the due date, and that's the part that's not happening. Is there a separate way to fix that, or would that be included in the link you posted? thank you!
