How do you keep cards collapsed?

I've collapsed my cards on Trello, but when a team member opens my Trello, they're all open. Do I have to download a power up? If so, what are my best free options?

Do you mean collapsed lists?

If so, this is a client-side action, which means that if you collapse lists of a board, anyone else who opens the board would have to collapse them too...They are persistent though so if your team member opens the board their side and collapses lists, it will stay like that...
