How do you get a card description preview on your card?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I've seen this in examples where from a high-level, we can see the card name and then there's small font under the name with some quick notes about the card at hand. I can't for the life of me figure out how to add that description to my cards and think it'd be helpful for my workflow.
As an example, in between the title "Opioid Study" and the date would be a couple keywords or a sentence. How can I get that?

The Custom Fields power-up allows you to add text to the front of a card. Is this similar to what you're looking for?
