I have a fleet of drivers that are having major issues with photos not loading to our workspace. Their apps show the photos with a black dot in the corner as if it hasn't been loaded. Over the last couple weeks something has changed where photos are loading slowly or not at all. Please advise.
@Christopher Juhlin Have you tried clearing your browsers cache to make sure that it is not a cache issue? Are all individuals having the same issue? Are they all using the same browser? Have you tried a different browser?
Before clearing app cache, logging out, or reinstalling, check the mobile app Sync Queue, as clearing app data can permanently delete local uploads not yet on Trello's servers. That's what people forgetting a lot about Trello mobile Apps. 😅
Check if the photo is on Trello.com via web browser and if the mobile app's Sync Queue has pending items. Note the OS (Android/iOS), app version, and connection type (Wi-Fi/mobile data).Free workspaces have a 10 MB file limit, blocking larger attachments.
A photo on Trello.com suggests a mobile display issue, while one in the Sync Queue indicates a failed upload to Trello.
Can you confirm? They are not there at all or you only have Problems with preview?

Hi @Christopher Juhlin ,
To provide the most accurate solution, we need to narrow down the scope:
Confirm Device: Are the drivers using the Trello App on phones/tablets, or are they using a web browser (like Chrome/Edge) on a laptop?
Cross-Check: If the photos aren't showing on the mobile app, can they be seen when logging into Trello.com via a laptop?
