How do i give my team members permission to create cards on a shared workspace?

I have invited team members to a "workspace visible" board. When they go, they are not able to add cards or edit cards and I cannot figure out why. Any ideas on what I can do to give them permission? My understanding that this capability should be available for a free account. Any help appreciated!

In a free workspace, you can have only 10 collaborators and 10 boards. It may be that you have crossed that limit, and therefore the boards have become view-only https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/
