How do i fix a Loading problem with Goodgantt power up?

i downloaded the power up goodgantt and it just keeps stayin on the loading page. none of the troubleshooting from thr AI live chat has solved the issue

What worked for me was clearing the browser cache and restarting Trello. Still stuck? Try removing and re-adding the Power-Up. Click here on the Power-Up settings for more info.
