How do I view the automation rules that govern a card?

I set up my boards a few years ago with a couple of power-ups and have not had to make big changes. Now I am trying to replicate the rule from one of my cards to another, but I can't remember what I set up. Is there a way to reveal the rule on a card? Trello says I don't have an automation library, even though I definitely have some rules for cards and buttons set up.

Feels like the older rules set in the Butler power-up still work but can't be accessed.
