How do I stop search history coming up for a board I am no longer a member of?

Hi,

I set up a board for myself and a few colleagues, however one of the collogues has moved to a different project. I have set her up with a new board in her name for this and removed her from the ones I am working on. However when she searches in her new board (which I am not a member of) all of the cards from my board come up, even though she is no longer a member of mine? How can I stop this please?

Hi Martin,

This could be a copy of your board. You might have created it when you were setting her board.

It could be a Power-up synching the information.

If you aren't familiar with these concepts I would advise her to open a ticket for us and send the link to her board.

You could open the ticket, but we are going to ask for tests and information that needs to be provided by your colleague.

You can create the ticket here
