How do I stop a template card from being changed by other members?

Once the template is moved to a new list then I want other assigned members to be able to revise.

Thanks for reaching out!

Right now, it's not possible to prevent board members from editing a template card. Normal board members will be able to edit all cards on the board.

If you'd like to prevent users from editing cards on the board, you may want to consider making them Observers of the board (this is a Trello Premium feature).

With that said, I definitely understand how it could be helpful to be able to "lock" templates, so I've flagged this as a feature request with the product team.
