How do I stop Custum Field from rearranging when creating a card in a second board?

I have a standard subscription which includes custom fields. when creating a new card on a second board within the same workspace the field are present, but in a new order. Hw do I keep my custom fields in their original order?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 

Hmm, by default custom fields aren't populated between boards but rather stay put within the board you created them on. However, if you move cards that have custom fields between boards, then custom fields might add up on the destination board. 

You can easily rearrange the order of custom fields on any of the cards which would be visible on any other cards within the same board:
