How do I remove descriptive text from a card?

I downloaded/copied a template, and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to delete the text highlighted on the attached screenshot.

Any help would be appreciated.

@Jim Farrell welcome to the community! you should just be able to select all of the text and change it to whatever you'd like! Cards have to have a title, so it can't be blank, but you can highlight all of that text and change it to any word, character, emoji... whatever you like!
