How do I remove a member from Trello? 

And get the license fee reimbursed?

Our Trello workspace is for a project that will be dormant for the next 6-12 months. Hence, we wish to deactivate 2 members and their licenses - and also get the respective license fees reimbursed.

How do we do that?
