How do I remove Google Calendar that integrates with Trello?

Enes Çınar April 14, 2021

Hi community,

I use Calendar Power-Up and I create Google Calendar with iCalendar Feed. Unfortunately, it is open to public and I do not want this. I can't adjust Permission settings on Google Calendar or I can't delete it.

Can you help me to delete this Google Calendar or prevent public acceess?

Regards,

Hi @Enes Çınar welcome to the Atlassian community.

I'm able to pull this official Trello link related to your query. Please check along with this Google page that speaks about removing information from Google

Please check if the above links address your query.

Stay safe and stay healthy.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I have already checked that but it's hard to request remove URL from Google since the calendar is not in my property. It has very complicated flow. I wish Trello has some skills to respond adjusting permissions about the Calendar with concerning user's privacy. I keep trying to removing regard to instructions of Google.

Thank you,

Enes

Hi Enes,

You should be able to simply disable the Power-Ups via your Trello board - go to the menu and down to Power-Ups from there you should see the Calendar Power-Up, if you click on this you will get the option to edit settings and disable it.

Hope this helps :)

Hi Laura,

I do not want to disable Calendar Power-Up, I am using it. I have created a Google Calendar with using Trello-Google Calendar integration with using iCalendar Feed URL and I cannot hide that Calendar from public access.

I just want to delete/remove or hide public access that already created Google Calendar.

Regards,
