How do I recover my Trello account to move my boards to a new phone?

I’m not a company or a business team. My wife and have used Trello for almost a decade. I got a new iPhone and my Trello boards didn’t transfer. Our whole lives are organized on Trello. 

I’m just trying to get our boards to populate on my new app/phone and it wants an Atlassian URL in order to be able to have a password change request emailed to me. 

I don’t even know what Atlassian is.

All I need to do is request a password change.

Can anyone please help?

Sorry to hear about that. You can request a password change for Trello through this link: https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword

Your Atlassian account is your online Atlassian identity that exists independently of the Atlassian apps you use. Just like you can use one Google account to log in to Google Drive and YouTube, you use your Atlassian account to log in to any Atlassian app, such as Trello.
