How do I link form responses to Trello?

I need to use some sort of integration to create a new card each time someone fills out a form. I used automate.io to create a bot to link Trello to Google Forms, but it isn't functioning the way i'd like it to. Are there any powerups or ways you have linked trello to a form?

Have you tried Zapier? Zapier is another automation tool like Automate.io.  Check it out at https://zapier.com/apps/google-forms/integrations/trello.
