How do I get weekly board summary reports that are emailed to not send as blank

I've been working more with automation and reporting for my job, ad I've gotten the automation set up for a weekly summary of the whole board of about 20 cards, to send every Monday now. But when I run the automation the emails that are sent our with the report are blank; this happens even when I manually trigger the automation. Is there someone that might be able to help me with this?

@Katie Cooley welcome to the community 😊 I'd recommend following this guide. A common oversight is to leave out the report variable {$report}.
