How do I get the repeat card power up to work on the Free subscription?

I have enabled the power up but I'm not seeing a "repeat' option on the cards.  The subscription details say you get one free power up per board.

Yes, using the free version you can enable up to one Power-Up per board. In regards to the Card Repeater, could you check if you observe the same in a different browser or on a different board? If that does not help, feel free to reach out to trello.com/contact with a screenshot of what you see and a board link, so we can take a look.
