How do I get help?

I posted a problem here and got an email with this unintelligible message:

"Butler could not run your rule every day, sort the list "Past Events" by due date descending"

And there's a broken link. How do I get help for a problem with Trello? I just want to sort cards by due date, most recent first, the way I had it for years before it suddenly changed. Can I please get some assistance?
