How do I get an email for a Due Date on a Card?

Hi @Loredana Cacciotti - can you elaborate on what you mean by this? Have you been setting due date reminders on your cards so you can receive email notifications?

I have read that already, but I dont get any emails.

I set a due date on a card, I selected that I only want to be notified of due dates by email, but I dont get any email with the notification.

Can you please help?
