How do I get a team member as an admin with full permissions and have the board & team be private?

Hello,
I have a team board that I have 2 individual boards on and I have 1 team member that I have invited and given full admin permissions. She can only see the cards on the board, and not do anything. she was only able to see the board after I made it and the team public.

How do I get her as an admin with full permissions and have the board & team be private?

Hi Lena, based on your description, it sounds like your colleague may have two Trello accounts and the one they're logged in with isn't the account that is a member of your board.

I recommend asking your colleague to check which account they're logged in with (http://www.trello.com/my/profile) and make sure that's the right one added to the board!
