How do I find out who manages the account?

I am trying to remove memb ers no longer with our company. I use to be able to change members, but now says I need to contact ADMI. My IT department has no clue?

Can you raise a ticket with Trello Support so we can look into what error is telling you you need to contact your admins, and to be able to share that info confidentially?
