How do I filter my board for only items due today NOT in the next day?

I cannot filter for items due today (and ONLY today) regardless of the due time. The "due in the next day" filter includes items due tomorrow. 

When I create tasks manually they default to the time of creation. When I create them using the planyway add-in they default to noon. This means that when I use the "due in the next day" filter I get items from today and tomorrow as it goes based on the current time + 24 hrs. 

Scenario: It is 2pm on Monday. I have my board filtered for items due in the next day. I see tasks due between 2pm Monday and 2pm Tuesday (e.g. ). I want to see all items due on Monday from 12:01 am to 11:59 PM.

Hi @Ansley Kaiser ! Welcome to the community :) Yes, it looks like the "due in the next day" pulls all cards due in the next 24 hours. I also had a look at the global search and there's no operator to see cards due within the day (e.g. due:8h).

As an alternative, you could use a mix of labels and automation in order to filter the cards you want. The idea would be to use a due date command to add a special "today" label to your cards. If you don't want to clutter your cards, you can make it a gray label. From there, you can just filter your board on that label.

E.g. "on the day a card is due at 12:01 am, apply the "today" label". 
and another one to remove the label.
"1 day after a card is due at 12:01 am, remove the "today" label".
