How do I ensure rules created by a member are not disabled when the member's account is disabled?

I am leaving the office where I have developed a good number of automations in Trello for shared boards. I don't want these to be disabled when my account is removed, but they are currently connected to my name. Is there a way to transfer these? Curious if I should update my account to a general office info. one, create a library and then remove myself, or other?

Thanks!!

Hi @Jodie Richardson welcome to the Community

Migrate automations before account removal, as deleting a user removes their automations. Trello lacks a direct transfer button, but Standard or Premium workspaces can save Rules and Scheduled automations to an Automation Library, share it with the workspace, and have a colleague import them.

Card and Board buttons (and all automations on Free plans) need to be manually recreated under the new account. Do not convert your personal account into a generic one for security.

Best,

Arek🤠
