How do I diagnose why my Trello board isn't loading?

[EDIT] Resolved as of 13:48 hours PST 5/7/26.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Come in to work on Thursday May 7th.

2. Boot up computer (Intel Core i7-6700 @ 3.40 GHz, 8 GB memory, Windows 7 Professional SP1)

3. Launch Firefox (115.35.1esr)

4. Open Trello board (not providing link at this time for security reasons)

EXPECTED RESULT:

Trello board opens, like it did yesterday.

ACTUAL RESULT:

Error message.

This is an old computer which we cannot even update to Windows 10. We use Firefox because it won't support Chrome anymore. I've been getting toasts on Trello that our browser isn't supported anymore. So there's an obvious answer. It is backed up by the fact that a laptop running Windows 10 / Chrome opens the board just fine, and Trello Status claims there's no downtime on their end. That being said, if the problem IS on our end, a human-readable error message would have been helpful.
