How do I create a summary of all comments on a card?

We use cards individually as job cards for a service business.  Within the comments lie information that may be hard to see.  How do I create a summary of all the comments and convert that to a bullet list in the description, so the service team does not have to read all the comments to find the details of the job?

You could try an automated workflow using Zapier, for example. 

Trigger: New Comment in Card (Trello)

Action: Summarize with AI (AI by Zapier – "Analyze and Return Data")

Action: Update the card description with the summary (Trello – "Update Card")

Its Extended Activity Log lets you filter activity by comments, review them in one list, or export the filtered results to CSV. The log starts recording changes only after the feature is activated, so earlier comments will not be included.

It will not automatically convert the comments into a bullet list in the card description, but it can make the information much easier to collect before preparing the summary.
