How do I create a mirror?

Hi @Ruthy Labrador and welcome to Community!

Mirroring a card is described here:

Open the card
Select Mirror from the list of actions
Choose a board, list, and position where you want to mirror the card

I also highly recommend watching @Brittany Joiner and @Mike - Dreamsuite Consulting recording: ✨ New in Trello: Jira Lists and Card Mirroring
