How do I copy a list and its cards to another board

Id like to copy a List with its Cards to another board.  How do I do this please, I can't figure it out.

Each time I click on the menu for list the copy list action only copies the List to the board it's already on, it doesn't let me copy it to another board.

Copy the list to the same board then you can move the copied list to the other board.

Or create an automation board button:

Move all cards in list "List 1" to "List 2" on board "Board 2"
